Dont blame the teams - you will get good ones that will carry you, you will get bad ones which you have to carry or in which - eventually - you have to save s star.ranked is a tough but good way to improve. The only constant factor in the matches is.You. So - check your own playstyle, ship, impact, capabilities. You cant bring a bad ship, 10PT captain and no flags and expect to progress with ease. Indeed ranked is hard and it takes persistance, skill, good ships/captains. 55-60% account WR min (team average last season I had was 56,5% on account level). Star saving play from the start does not work there - you will lose too often.you have to play to win. However - eventually for most people the journey is over there.ĭepending on the stage of the season you need some 53% plus WR level playing capability to progress from 10-6. That will give a softer landing, less wildly mixed teams. Some league in between would be nice indeed as we had it several seasons ago - like from 12-9 you need 3 stars no bonus star. Most of the players experience an up-down from there with no progress. Teams are a wild mix of great/unicums, average and mediocre playeers in the 10-6 bracket. Once there the progress gets a very hard landing. Its just an area of big frustration I pressume. So why should a 40% random player get there? I am asking you: is that a bad thing? Let's be honest: most players do not have what it takes to get to r1. Back when WG used to publish charts after each season, between 66% and 75% indeed never moved on past r10.
